Licensing Terms

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Teacher Initiated Education Institute LLC develops professional development models and instructional frameworks for schools and districts.

1. Licensed Model: Teacher Café™

Teacher Café Model™ is a licensed professional development model which provides professional development, licensing,
implementation support, consulting, training materials, fidelity guidance, and selected launch implementation packages for schools and districts.
Use of the Teacher Café™ or Teacher Café Model™ names, framework, materials, or implementation structure requires an active school-level or
district-level license.

Licensing includes:

• Authorized use of the Teacher Café™ or Teacher Café Model™ names

• Access to official implementation materials

• Guidance on voluntary, non-evaluative use

• Protection of model integrity and educator trust

Schools interested in implementation must enter into a formal license agreement.

2. Instructional Strategies and Frameworks

Script-to-Scaffold™ and Ping-Pong™ are original instructional frameworks shared through professional development.

These strategies:

• Are taught through PD and coaching

• May be used freely in classrooms after training

• Are not licensed for classroom use

• May not be repackaged, rebranded, or resold

3. Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use of the Teacher Café™ or Teacher Café Model™ names, framework, or materials is not permitted.
